Alpenglow Condo Rental Rates

 


$150.00 per night; up to two guests

$10.00 per night for additional guests, up to six maximum


Holiday/Peak-time rates

During holiday and peak-time rental periods rental rates will be quoted individually.


The Municipality of Anchorage Bed Tax (12%) will be added to the rental rate.


Minimum rental period is two nights.  Discounts may be offered for extended stays.  Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

A rental agreement must be signed and returned along with full payment before reservations are confirmed. 

 

1.    Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 N.  Check-in/check-out times are established to allow the unit to be inspected and/or cleaned between renters.  We will try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but we cannot guarantee availability.

2.    This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in an additional cleaning fee.

 

3.    Pets are not permitted.

 

4.    Damage/Reservation Deposit:  A damage/reservation deposit of $200.00 is required.  Deposits must be secured with a Visa or Master Card.  The deposit is NOT applied toward the rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

 

a.    The conditions of this Rental Agreement are met

b.    No damage is done to the unit or its contents

c.    The unit is left clean and no contents are missing

d.    All keys are returned and the unit is locked

e.    Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure

 

5.    Payment:  Payment for the full amount of the reservation and applicable Alaska Bed Tax is required to confirm the reservation.

 

6.    Noise/Disturbances/Parties:  In consideration of the adjoining units and neighbors we do not allow large gatherings or activities that create a disturbance to the nearby residents.

 

7.    Parking Passes:  Two parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters should display parking passes on the dash of their vehicle(s) when parking within the parking areas of the Snow Bird condominium association.  Failure to display a parking pass may result in towing of the vehicle at the renter's expense.  Parking passes must be left inside the unit upon departure.

 

8.    Lock Box:   A code to the unit lock box containing keys to the unit will be sent to the renter by e-mail (or given by telephone) so that the renter can enter the unit on the agreed arrival date.  The lock box keys must be replaced before departure.   If the keys are not replaced in the lock box a $100.00 fee will be assessed.

 

  1. 9.   General House Keeping:


  1. a.Throughout most homes in Alaska it is customary to remove your shoes when entering.  In addition to the damage that may be caused to the flooring by melting snow, the dirt tracked in is very difficult to clean-up.  Please remove and store shoes in the “mud room” entryway.


  1. b.Do not leave the unit with the gas fireplace or Sauna turned on.


  1. c.Linens (towels, sheets, dish cloths) will be provided.  At check-out renters are asked to strip the linens and place them in the receptacle provided.


  1. d.When leaving the unit (even for short durations) please turn off all lights, pull all window treatments closed, lock all doors and set the thermostat to 55 degrees.


  1. e.Before check-out dispose of all garbage in the garbage receptacle provided. Wash all dirty dishes and put them back in the cabinets and remove any food items that may spoil.  Floors should be swept, counters wiped and the unit should be left in an overall reasonably clean condition.  If cleaning services are necessary a service fee will be charged for the amount required to clean the unit.


  1. f.Do not disconnect or adjust any of home entertainment component wiring.


  1. 10.Cancellation Policy:


If the reservation is canceled or changes are made that result in a shortened stay, 21 or more days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee which will be charged.

If the reservation is canceled or changes are made that result in a shortened stay, between 14 and 20 days prior to arrival, the Damage/Reservation deposit will be forfeited.

Cancelations or changes made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. The rental payment will be forfeited.  Early departure or late arrival does not warrant any refund of rent.
